Duncan MacLaren, of the Glasgow Lay Dominicans, is a member of the International Dominican Commission for Justice and Peace in Geneva. On Wednesday the 4th of October, the feast of St. Francis, all the delegates of the 10th Assembly of European Lay Dominican Fraternities arrived at the hotel of the Domincan Sisters: the Casa das Irmãs Dominicanas in Fatima. In the Portuguese sun it was 30°C – a beautiful day. So it was a warm welcome in every way!
